What data is collected? The types of data collected on this site are names, home addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card information that is processed through Stripe and PayPal, and IP addresses. Squarespace is our analytics provider, and Stripe and PayPal are our payment processors who may be collecting information when you make a purchase.
How your data is being collected. Online forms are used to enter email details for newsletters and credit card data for purchases. Data collection using cookies through Squarespace hosting is detailed here.
What is done with your data? The data collected is used as stated, and you will be added to an email newsletter list based on the preferences you choose. Any purchase orders will be kept and only used for company financial reporting.
How customers can control their data. You have the ability to edit your subscription preferences for mailing lists in the footer of the emails sent to you. If you need help, you can always email Crystal anytime with your request, and she will be happy to edit your subscription for you.
How we protect your data. Crystal is the only person who has access to data collected on the website. When it comes to Stripe or PayPal, the data protection aligns with their own policies.
Return policy.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
We are unable to accommodate planner cover style changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process.
In-stock products typically ship within 2-4 business days (M-F, excluding holidays), if not sooner. Because of the variations that can occur in production and processing time, we cannot quote any shipping times other than what has been stated above.
As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.
If you have received a damaged/defective item from an order placed in our online shop, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, and nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used.
Shipping Policies
Shipping prices.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended for order processing, handling, and packing of the products you purchase and delivering them to you.
Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates and vary depending on the products ordered and the destination.
To determine your specific shipping cost, you must add the items to your cart, input your address and calculate shipping rates.
Order processing.
Processing time or an estimated shipping date will be clearly noted in the product description of the item you order. In-stock products typically ship within 2-4 business days (M-F) via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the package ships.
Order packaging.
Products are packaged with only the essential packaging to decrease our processing time and ensure you get your myLife Planner as quickly as possible! Each myLife Planning is sealed in cellophane packaging and placed in a cardboard box to prevent damage in shipping. This packaging may be different from your previous orders or from reviews you may have seen online.
Order confirmation and tracking emails.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, if you selected a tracked package, your shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.
Shipment of order.
We will ship orders to the address you indicate upon checkout. Once the carrier receives your order, myLife Planners is no longer in control of the shipment. If the carrier has damaged or lost the shipment, a claim will need to be filed. We will be happy to help you with this process!
Estimated delivery.
Shipping carriers do not guarantee a delivery timeframe. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.
We know customers are excited to receive their myLife tool, and we do everything in our power to get it to you quickly! That said, the current environment has resulted in possible shipping delays across all carriers. We thank you for your patience during the delivery process!
Non-refundable shipping.
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
